With over a decade of hands-on experience managing cultivation teams across ten states, Chris has honed his expertise in overseeing groups ranging from 25 to 250 employees in greenhouse, indoor, and outdoor cultivation environments. He has developed a robust network and a proven track record of optimizing cannabis cultivation operations of various sizes. His career is characterized by a steadfast commitment to innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
Chris's cannabis journey began in Colorado with Native Roots, where he made significant contributions to their 200,000-square-foot flagship facility in Denver, affectionately known as the “mothership.” Driven by a passion for knowledge sharing, he later collaborated with the Cleveland School of Cannabis, playing a pivotal role in both developing commercial cultivation operations and shaping the cannabis cultivation curriculum, thus helping to educate the next generation of industry professionals.

In addition to his roles, Chris is a sought-after conference speaker on cannabis cultivation facility design, sharing his insights and expertise with industry professionals.
Chris co-authored the self-published book titled “>100g/sqft: The New Cultivation Standard,” which is sold in hydro stores across the country and serves as a primary training resource for cannabis cultivation businesses both in the United States and abroad.
